Cameron LNG Project (2013 - 2020) - Lead counsel in the negotiation of all E.P.C. contract documentation. Cameron Regassification Project (2002 - 2008) - Lead counsel in the negotiation of all E.P.C. contract documentation. Energía Costal Azul Regasification Project (2002 - 2009) - Lead counsel in the negotiation of E.P.C. contract documentation for the construction of the project and breakwater facility. Sempra Renewables, Sempra Generation (2004-2014) - Lead counsel to Sempra Renewables in the construction of its entire solar portfolio and parts of its wind generating portfolio. Lead counsel to Sempra Generation in the construction of several gas-fired power projects. SDG&E (2014-17): Lead counsel in the negotiation of its San Onofre nuclear power station decommissioning contract. Represented SDG&E in the negotiation of the “Sunrise Power-Link” E.P.C. contract. So. Cal. Gas (2014-2018): Lead counsel in the negotiation and construction of its Aliso Canyon compressor project. Managed legal issues with respect to the development of the above projects, including claim avoidance ad resolution. Divestiture of Sempra Energy Trading (2009) - Lead counsel in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreement for the sale of Sempra Energy Trading’s North American trading portfolio and sale of Sempra Energy Solutions. Sempra Pipelines & Storage: Lead counsel in the acquisitions for both its “Liberty” and “Equality” storage assets. Sempra Energy Corporate Center (2004 - Present): Represent Sempra Energy in various commercial transactions including stand-alone letter of credit facilities and other similar financing transactions. Represented Sempra’s insurance and risk department in various transactions.

Transalta Corp: Represented Transalta Corp. in its acquisition of the Centralia power facility and in its acquisition of El Paso’s interests in the Salton Sea Projects. General Electric Pension Trust: Represented General Electric Pension Trust subsidiaries in the acquisition of the Koll Center located in San Diego, California. Cogentrix Energy: Represented Cogentrix Energy subsidiaries in the drafting, restructuring and negotiation of several engineering, procurement and construction contracts following the NEPCO bankruptcy. Salt Lake Olympic Committee: Represented Salt Lake Olympic Committee in negotiating and drafting several of the contracts for the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Games.
