Manage a team of automation engineers varying in experience from junior to principal level. -Support clinical and commercial bulk drug substance manufacturing operations utilizing virtualized Emerson DeltaV DCS platform for upstream and downstream processes.-Lead and support capital projects up to $3.5MM for new equipment, new product introduction, software redesigns, and system upgrades.-Lead and support cross-functional teams from engineering, QA, validation, and manufacturing to deliver solutions for deviation investigations, CAPAs, reliability initiatives, and process improvements.-Oversee automation plant support staff for real-time manufacturing support and issue investigation/resolution.
