We competed in industrial, residential, and government paint contracts. My major focus was to sort through the possible hits and determine which team member was adequate for the job. I also followed up/trained with the each team members to increase their productivity and knowledge of our products. Some of the other responsibilities I had were to follow up with future/existing customers and help close the deal. I on occasion would also treat the customers that repeatedly used our services to a nice evening out or ball park tickets.

Bell South was the only name of telephone companies in the triad area around 80's and 90's. As technology grew increasingly better in the 2000's the standard land line was becoming obsolete. My job was to manage and work along side fifteen other employees to offer term deals. Our customers were commercial based and required high attention to detail and close product support. I researched and matched market rates, I insured the best customer service and bonus features in the area to gain a back log of new/old customers. I lead the expansion of our territory by 35% in one year this even though is was indeed a last ditch effort to come back before considering selling.
