We competed in industrial, residential, and government paint contracts. My major focus was to sort through the possible hits and determine which team member was adequate for the job. I also followed up/trained with the each team members to increase their productivity and knowledge of our products. Some of the other responsibilities I had were to follow up with future/existing customers and help close the deal. I lead the expansion of our territory by 35% in one year this even though is was indeed a last ditch effort to come back before considering selling.
