- Co-founded the Online Civil Courage Initiative (OCCI), a joint project run by Facebook and ISD, created to activate and educate credible voices within society to challenge the spread of hate speech and extremism online. - Co-developed the strategic vision, operational structure and practical deliverables of the OCCI.- Managed Facebook advertising grants provided to the OCCI for project awareness and amplification of civil society organisations working in CVE. - Designed and delivered counterspeech training workshops and talks to 100’s of civil society organisations and government representatives in: Moldova, Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Austria, UK, Republic of Ireland and Belgium.- Managed project budgets across the multiple delivery countries.- Internal team management of project associates, interns, and internal cross-project collaborations.- Developed and delivered project proposals for strategic development and expansion- Led client and partnership relations with Facebook, marketing and communications companies, academic institutes and CSOs working within CVE and social good.- Advised dozens of NGOs on designing, delivering and measuring counterspeech and counter-narrative campaigns.- Developed data driven research reports delivered to NGOs in Germany, France and the UK.
