Current work: Leading business strategy, design and development for Human Digital, a company specialising in research into terrorism, extremism, violent and illegal content and CSAM. I specialise in onboarding multi-sector customers to fund short and long-term projects.Background Experience: I have designed, developed and managed a range of projects for stakeholders in the civic, private and public sectors in the UK, Europe and the US. I have experience designing and delivering data-led products and online communication campaigns to respond to online harms in the UK. I have worked with dozens of civil society organisations (CSOs) training them to research target audiences, create effective messaging, align objectives and goals and measure campaign impact. I also have experience in establishing nationwide networks of CSOs in the UK, France and Germany, and providing them with actionable research, campaign support, impact analysis and networking opportunities. In 2016 I designed the Online Civil Courage Initiative, a programme for META that engaged with CSOs across Europe to mount a civic-response to extremism online.Projects funded by US and UK government departments, and private companies Facebook, Google, Twitter and Microsoft have provided me with cross-sectoral stakeholder management experience and an understanding on how to tailor communication to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
