Human Digital @ M&C Saatchi monitors malign state and non-state actors online to identify content distribution tactics and adoption of new and emergent technologies, with the aim of removing online harmful content from online platforms.As Business Director, I oversaw the design of Human Digital's technology platform, DeltaVision, which is designed to help Customers remove illegal content from online platforms. - I am the lead programme manager of DeltaVision and primary point of contact for all its customers including government and national security, law enforcement, regulators and communication platforms.- Specialist expertise in terrorist exploitation of social platforms, generative AI, Web3 and SocialFi- Introduced the term 'digital terraforming' to describe the process of malign actor adoption of new technologies.

- Manage the Online Civil Courage Initiative (OCCI) in the UK, a project run by ISD in partnership with Facebook, created to activate and educate credible voices within society to challenge the spread of hate speech and extremism online. - Research and develop ISD's approach to strategic communications through online counter-messaging and counter-narrative campaigning with civic, private and public partners.- Design and development support for ISD's national and international projects.

- Co-founded the Online Civil Courage Initiative (OCCI), a joint project run by Facebook and ISD, created to activate and educate credible voices within society to challenge the spread of hate speech and extremism online. - Co-developed the strategic vision, operational structure and practical deliverables of the OCCI.- Managed Facebook advertising grants provided to the OCCI for project awareness and amplification of civil society organisations working in CVE. - Designed and delivered counterspeech training workshops and talks to 100’s of civil society organisations and government representatives in: Moldova, Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Austria, UK, Republic of Ireland and Belgium.- Managed project budgets across the multiple delivery countries.- Internal team management of project associates, interns, and internal cross-project collaborations.- Developed and delivered project proposals for strategic development and expansion- Led client and partnership relations with Facebook, marketing and communications companies, academic institutes and CSOs working within CVE and social good.- Advised dozens of NGOs on designing, delivering and measuring counterspeech and counter-narrative campaigns.- Developed data driven research reports delivered to NGOs in Germany, France and the UK.
