I have concentrated my efforts in the Plumbing and HVAC industry for over 30 years in New England Construction Management and have a couple years of experience in the Fire Protection and Electrical industry. I have vast experience in numerous types of projects from conceptual budgeting to design, estimating, installation practices, prefabrication, administration, management and commissioning. Project market experience include Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Health Care, Hospitals, Hospitality, Institutional, Academic, Public Work, Public Schools, Treatment Plants, High Rise Residential and Mixed Use, Multi-Residential, Federal and State, Commercial, Retail, Restaurants and Office Fit Out. I am a graduate of the MCA Institute of Project Management at the University of Texas at Austin, Babson Executive Education - Leadership and Influence, and New England Institute of Technology, additionally I am Certified in Project Supervision from NCCER and recently obtained my PHIUS Certified Passive House Builder certification.I have a history of successful completion of high quality and complicated projects and have been fortunate to work with and oversee some of the best people in the industry. I have trained, implemented and improved many operational procedures that directly contributed in the successful growth and profitability of numerous companies.
