I work with my team to ensure that insurance coverage properly executed at competitive prices. Weekly meetings are conducted with team members to review account status, marketing status and client relationship. Clients are to be contacted for renewal approximately 90 days in advance allowing time for premium negotiations and marketing of insurance program.I have implemented a structured team chart where each Account Executive now has an assistant. This now allows our clients to have two points of contact for any questions, certificates or other servicing they may need. It also allows two people to comprehend and be in sync with the clients business operations as well as any changes/endorsements that occur throughout the policy term.
