-Responsible for overall management, coordination, supervision, and performance of Quality Control and Quality Assurance staff.-Development, implementation, management, and revision of the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP)-Ensure proper documentation of quality control and quality assurance records.-Submit Requests For Information and Field Design Changes to the project design team to resolve constructability and conflict issues that arise.-Facilitate and lead weekly Quality Task Force and Erosion Control Task Force meetings with Project Management and Owner representatives.-Assist Project Manager with quantity take-offs and Value Engineering Proposals-Research and submit Equal or Better Change Proposals to owner for approval to change contract.

Work with the contractors, inspection team, and technicians to provide quality assurance through inspection, materials certification, and testing.Collaborate with Consultants, Design, Legal, and Right of Way departments as necessary to address RFI's and work with neighboring property owners to resolve issues in a timely manner.Manage other inspectors and assign tasks as necessary.Process pay estimates, change orders, and Value Engineering Proposals.Perform erosion control inspections and maintained SWPPP documents.Assist in project scoping, quantity estimates, plan reviews and field checks prior to bidding.
