Over the past decade, he has developed a comprehensive background in sales, customer service, and business technology, with expertise across industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, and business tech.Fullarton earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Marketing from Winona State University, an accredited College of Business. Originally from the Upper Midwest, he now resides in Eau Claire, where he remains deeply committed to his community. Outside of work, Chris actively engages his community and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and the CVTC Foundation.
