Christopher J. Iñiguez currently serves on the City of Phoenix Water Services Department Business Innovation Group. A team dedicated to Innovative solutions for Water Services including sustainability, enhance efficiency, and accessibility, ensuring high quality, reliable and cost-effective water services. Previously, Christopher served on the Shape Phoenix program development team, a specialty team formed to develop a replacement Land Management System for multiple existing applications within the Planning and Development Department of the City of Phoenix. The Shape Phoenix team goal is to provide a seamless transition to a more technologically advanced system, and improve overall operations for all stakeholders. Also, he served as a public liaison to Phoenix citizens for commercial & residential construction, civil/residential inspections, and managed the residential plan review and permitting services section for the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department. His education in building safety and construction technology as well as his background as a plan's examiner in both commercial and residential construction has allowed him to assist many professional architects, engineers, designers, developers, and individual owners in achieving their project goals. During Christopher's career with the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of the development process from planning to building design, construction, and inspections.
