Protect and enforce New York and New Jersey employers' and insurance carriers' rights of reimbursement to Workers' Compensation payouts through liens and subrogation in third-party civil litigation.

In this position, I represented my firm during workers’ compensation court appearances and proceedings, and completed orders approving settlements including N.J.S.A. 34:15-20 settlements. In this role, I spearheaded legal research for clients in consumer, landlord-tenant, and service contract cases including wrongful or constructive eviction, rent disputes, and breach of contract issues.
