Leading and managing teams of skilled professionals has fostered an innate ability within me to bring out the uniqueness of each employee and then forge them together as a team, as a mosaic, that continually delivers the needs of organizational objectives. The Navy's diversity has allowed me to hone this ability in cultures of mechanical engineering, quality assurance and control, project planning and execution, and training/ development. Fostering the efficiency and effectiveness of people, processes, and capabilities has become an enjoyable privilege for me that I wish to continue in my future field of occupation.
