Dr. Chris Nicholls is a Clinical/Neuropsychologist with over 40 years of experience working in medical centers, teaching hospitals, and now in private practice. Originally trained at the University of Virginia, he is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the American Board of Professional Psychology (Clinical) and the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology. Dr. Nicholls has engaged in clinical teaching of trainees at the pre-doctoral, internship and post-doctoral level in the fields of psychology, pediatrics, family practice, surgery, and other disciplines. He has been on the faculties of several academic institutes, and has served in the leadership of advocacy organizations, the Arizona Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association. He has written or contributed to several articles, book reviews, and has presented extensively at the state, national and international level. Dr. Nicholls has published a book titled Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Children and Adolescents: A Guide to Evaluation and Treatment, published by Routledge in 2018,.
