The Salvation Army is the 6th largest charity in the United States per Forbes in 2023. We serve people without discrimination and provide a wide range of critical social services to those most in need. We provide food, clothing and shelter. We provide alcohol/drug rehabilitation services and disaster relief assistance. We assist people suffering from domestic abuse and human trafficking. We serve youth, veterans, and seniors. I serve our trust and estate planning donors in CO-UT-WY and Eastern MT as part of the Western Territory planned giving team. Our team works together to analyze donor goals and assets, and apply charitable financial strategies such as bequests, endowments, charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts to create a win-win for both The Salvation Army and the donor.

As RVP NW Region, Group Sales, I led our 12 state-based RSDs (regional sales directors), to hit our sales plan and serve our broker and employer clients. I was a member of the national group sales RVP team, which executed national strategic planning. Our region moved from 7th to 3rd place in sales performance at TASC.

I led our sales teams in CO-WY-MT-UT, and led the Denver based territory office team. We consistently met quarterly and annual sales and recruiting targets, and all key metrics of our annual business plan. We maintained a culture of positive high energy, fun, professionalism, and the achievement of desired results. The territory doubled its sales from 2007 to 2016.

Provided Medicare related insurance products and consulting services to seniors and built a book of over 350 clients.

Led a national sales team of over 50 producers and helped oversee the merger of LifeQuotes Inc. and Insure.com.

Recruited, grew and directed an outside sales force of 10 teams and 125 sales reps selling domestically and internationally. Helped procure overseas manufacturing.
