The service includes working with clients on drug and alcohol policy development for inclusion in contracts of employment, briefing employees and training managers, pre-employment screening, on site testing on a random basis (acts as a deterrent) or on a "for cause" basis as a result of a specific incident (e.g. accident, error, behaviour). We also offer support, treatment and rehabilitation services, in addition to medical and training specific to the Rail Industry (Personal Track Safety) at our training facilities in Wickford, Essex.
