Evaluate the effectiveness of inventory control procedures, identify process gaps or omissions, explain the results, share recommendations and opportunities for improvement with Senior Management / Operations Directors for action planning. • During my overseas assessments I was able to:  Identify inventory control risks, and non-inventory related issues and opportunities for improvement to significantly reduce costs. Build relationships with the facilities I visited, this created better interdepartmental communications. Promote greater awareness of the importance of inventory accuracy and the effect on financial risk, operations productivities, and process waste.  Managed a travel document for our departmental UK and overseas programme.  Worked at a number of facilities to improve process controls and improve efficiency through inventory accuracy. Supported a team effort to eliminate a risk value of $1 million USD across 3 US-based facilities.
