I have been involved for many years in the property industry ranging from roofer (built up felt systems, slating tiling), house builder (including new build, renovations and extensions as well as the installation and maintenance of treatment plants and septic plants), working part time for a heating design engineer practice altering hand drawn and CAD drawings for domestic heating systems, working as a construction site supervisor for a rail company overseeing the building of two new substations before being made redundant. My academic skills are attaining a Foundation degree in Construction and a BSc in Building Surveying. I am currently working as a Risk Surveyor carrying out surveys at Initial, Interim and Final stages of new build and Renovation properties. I am always looking for better ways to improve the places I work and develop myself by learning from others and consistently reviewing the way things are done to attain optimum performance.
