I analyze neuro-imaging and EMG data to understand the mechanisms of plasticity following stroke. I also help with the collection of data for both healthy and post-stroke subjects.

We offer palliative care to young adult and adolescent teens with chronic illnesses. The main populations we serve are patients with cancer, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell, autoimmune, and organ transplant, but many other disease populations are seen. The treatment of these patients is improved through psychosocial and spiritual support.

I observed the daily activities and operations of a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology. I viewed many procedures including catheter ablations and ICD placements (dual lead and leadless). I learned about the significance of patient-doctor relationships and including the patient in their treatment plan.

I planned and cooked meals for 80-100 students every Sunday night. I also created lists and was responsible for purchasing food necessary for Gator Wesley events. I also ensured the cleanliness and order of the kitchen in which meals were prepared.
