• Full Stack Developer with a concentration on the Front End. Also act as the team scrum master / software development project manager working closely with the business team to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver customer focused solutions.• Replaced an expensive third party software with a custom built, in-house, solution that allows hearing aid clinics to manage their patients, insurance verifications, and claims.• Took ownership of a web application that serves as a portal for hearing aid practices and providers across the United States. The portal web app provides tools, leads, and sales data and is built using Typescript, React, Redux, Bootstrap, ASP.NET Core C#, MySQL, Sitecore, Azure DevOps.

• Lead front end development project life-cycle and architecture decisions regarding build tools, strategy, frameworks, user testing, and optimization.• Assist and guide colleagues with workflow issues, bugs, and onboarding new tools.• Work closely with design, content, analytics, and product marketing teams to reason about user experience scenarios, development expectations, and solutions.• Experiment with new technology in regards to improving workflow and product efficiency.
