As a part of the membership staff at the Central Florida YMCA, I am responsible selling Memberships, making changes to a Membership as well as controlling the operations of many front desk and back office functions. Also it is my duty to be the brains of the YMCA Branch Operation and be able answer questions and solve problems relating to all departments in and around the branch as well as other branches. Lastly but certainly the most important aspect of my position is to ensure that all of our members and guests have an enjoyable healthy living experience.

As a Team Member at the Maitland, FL, Free Standing Unit, I was responsible to know and master every position and function of the store in order to properly assist customers and provide the best Quick Service Restaurant experience to every guest. My duties included but were not limited to, kitchen staff, drive through, front counter cashier, early morning stocking as well as many other tasks and functions throughout the restaurant.

As an electrical apprentive and technician I was responsible for assisting in the instalation and maintanence of many electrical, fire, security and A/C systems around Central Florida including both residential and commercial.

As a cadet in the Civil Air Patrol, I started out at the bottom and worked my way to the top very quickly. Starting out as an Cadet Airmen I learned the basics of, listening, following directions, discipline and self management. I quickly moved up the Grades and Ranks, earning many awards for outstanding service and academic prowess. Finally at the piniacle of my career in the CIvil Air Patrol I was granted the the position of Encampment Cadet Commander at the 2011-2012 Winter Encampment. At this week long I was directly in charge of training and the well being of over 300 Cadets.Through this incredible leadership laboratory I was able to develop invaluable Planning, Leadership, Management and Controlling skills, as well as develop a fundamental mind set on how I interact with my teams, my superiors and subordinates
