I have worked at chobani for 12 yrs 6 of which as the fruit room lead over seeing operators, ordering and receiving goods, assuring food and employee safety while making sure things run as efficiently and as smoothly as possible. I transitioned to the warehall coordinator where I operated a forklift, PE, and pallet jack while ordering and staging all supplies needed in production. 4 yrs ago I began my time in sleeving where I am now the supervisor with between 20 to 25 direct reports. I have between my positions acquired alot of inventory skills, along with planning and following a production schedule, and people management. In my career I have assisted in kizan programs with the continuous improvement team. I have taken emerging leadership courses and have assisted and learned most aspects of production and departments around the plant.
