- People and Process management of teams ranging between 55-85 people across Dneg's Roto, Prep, Comp, Matchmove, Creature, Layout and Shoot departments to achieve desired outcomes- Resource management across department and show production teams to ensure appropriate assignment of crew and working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition teams to attract and hire new talent- Implementation and maintenance of onboarding processes for new starters across multiple departments- Working in collaboration with the training team to identify individual and team development requirements and tailoring the appropriate solution- Facilitation of Dneg’s global expansion across multiple locations through process alignment activities and ensuring operational readinessKey Projects:- Leadership Development - Delivery of Coaching and Motivation module - Performance Management - Introduction of a new appraisal system - Change Management – Support of organisational move to a departmental structure, mentoring new Global Heads of Department and Department Production Managers to build teams, and facilitating team training to ensure they are functioning effectively- Emerging Talent – Successful implementation of a project to redesign the entry routes for artist teams which resulted in the development of two new roles into the studio.
