-Experience with many areas of testing including; Dynamic/Sled Testing, Robotic/Trim Durability Testing, BSR and various Sound Testing, Static Testing, Multi-pull Seatbelt & Anchorage Testing, Thermal Chamber Testing, Corrosion Testing, and Airbag (SIAB) Testing.-Actively manages validation planning and execution including test plans, samples, fixtures, scheduling/test timing, sign-offs, witness of testing, sample reviews.-Provides leadership focus on project timing, cost and quality objectives.-Develops, optimizes, and manages test plans in accordance with customer, federal, and/or Adient-specific objectives.-Serves as a technical resource for customer, federal, and/or Adient test specs and methods.-Review and sign-off of physical test setups.-Review of data and reporting of all test results.-Maintain and communicate program status with customer.-Manages a test schedule using a validation database, and/or through a customer specific format.-Quoted entire test plans, establishing test budgets, and obtained budget approval for several programs.-Experience managing testing for several automotive companies including; General Motors, Honda, Ford, and PATAC.

-Traveled to over 20 customer sites to physically install, upgrade, or repair 3D printers.-Provided remote support - analyzing errors, troubleshooting problems, and responding to end-user inquiries concerning system software, product applications, and electrical/mechanical issues.-Worked with the R&D team to test the development of several products for their 3D printing technology.

-Designed over 100 parts/component models and prints using SolidWorks (2015).-Managed the conversion from AutoCAD to SolidWorks design software.

-Contributed CAE and CAD support for the design and development of Roof Rail product line.-Used Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience to organize numerous design reviews and ensure accurate tracking and delegation of team activities.-Participated in DFMEA Workshops and supported DFMEA meetings that outlined potential issues with our program launch.

-Selected out of more than 100 applicants across the United States, along with 9 others, to participate in a joint DOD/NSF funded research program.-Provided hands-on support to Ford Motor Company with the physical setup of an innovative thermal engine simulator.-Collected data using data acquisition sensors and Excel software to evaluate the heat transfer coefficient between engine components (piston and oil cooling jets).

-Utilized AutoCAD to create and update CAD layouts during plant expansion period.-Worked full-time under the mentorship of several engineers in order to complete individual and group projects.-Internship contract was offered to be renewed.
