Responsible for generating, analyzing and disseminating full production reports of plastic packaging materials from raw materials to finished goods.

Check and monitor actual loom production and other details such as order number, program number and prepare production report. In -charge in sending all carpets due for finishing. Monitor if planned order is matched with the finished and dispatched orders (as scheduled) thru the Carpet Production System Software

Monitors machine efficiency and performs maintenance when necessary. Inspects important parts which can affect the machines functions and product condition during actual operation.Performs daily inspection and minor maintenance procedure on all molds during actual operation.Supervise mold installation and responsible for changes in model, raw material and other miscellaneous materials needed for production.Monitors product condition and in-charge of machine program / parameter setting adjustments when deemed necessary.In-charge in maintaining and improving existing processes needed during production.Responsible for accomplishing all checklists and other documentary requirements of the section.Imposes and practices the 6’S inside the production area.Reports directly to Production I Assistant Supervisor and Senior Supervisor
