I have over 25 years of experience delivering results across both the consulting/advisory space and within ASX corporate entities. My employers have included PwC, Transurban Limited, Broadspectrum Limited Bingo Industries and for myself as a small business owner in the consulting space. I am passionate about improving organisations and unlocking the capability of the teams I work with and growing organisations from the ground up.I have been a Chief Executive Officer with multinational experience in functional areas such as strategy, M&A, finance, business transformation, corporate development, investor relations/stakeholder engagement, corporate governance, shared services, infrastructure projects and sustainability. I have been involved in taking a company to IPO and subsequent privatisation process. Prior to my CEO experience, as Chief Financial Officer at BINGO Industries Limited, I had responsibility across a broad remit including finance, strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, investor relations, company secretarial and the legal and risk functions at BINGO. My prior role as Chief Development Officer also meant I was fortunate enough to work with our teams in corporate development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, marketing and the delivery of our capital projects and infrastructure. My prior roles have had global responsibility across Strategy & Planning, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments, Treasury and Investor Relations. My primary sector engagement has been across the infrastructure, energy, industrials and services sectors. I have operated in multiple jurisdictions and have worked in both small businesses and large corporates with circa 19,000 employees.I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Macquarie University Sydney Australia.
