As schedule manager, was able to develop a strategic plan and sequence for the project construction. This sequence was used to coordinate the design team deliverables and allowed for a sequence to construct the 34 bridges and 12 miles of freeway widening in 18 months. In addition, worked closely with the design team on constructability and sequencing of the 190 retaining walls for the project. Oversight and negotiation of many of the change orders for the project. Was also part of the team to develop and negotiate a 65 million dollar change order with the owner for design and construction changes initiated by the owner. -
