With being promoted to a senior logistics coordinator role within the space of 7 months i was taking on more resposibilty. theese resposibilities consisted of:Internal stakeholder relatonshps extablished and built upon, Liaising with multiple suppliers, creating and maintaining good relations with them. - Transitioning and implementing the Drive through system to multiple vaccination sites, new products, equipment and a new process to minimize the infection rates of Covid-19.- Decommissioning vaccination sites, liasing with suppliers, creating a recon list and redistributing the items to Maori providers, pasifika providers and distrist health boards. - Outreach vaccinations (Pop Up, Bus, Campervans, Door to door) with a large focus of the Maori and Pasifika, providing with the specific equipment and supplies to their own version of vaccinations.- Liaising with the Finance team for purchase orders and to approve invoice from suppliers.- Creating and distributing orders for multiple Primary Care and Pharmacy VAC sites.- Supporting and liaising with different departments for new vaccine launches (AstraZeneca, Paediatrics, NovaVax). With the rise of Covid-19 my job was working logistics functions that support the Vaccinations Sites across Auckland. and ensure that all sites had enough stock on hand consumables and collaterals wise. working in a fast-paced environment some responsibilities i had were:Oracle procurement, used to order supplies and raise invoices for the VAC- Start up of Primary Care and Pharmacy, supporting and liaising with the project lead for a successful launch- Managing large and small vaccine sites, Creating processes and refining them to be implemented to future vaccine sites sites.Preparing, planning and liaising with suppliers, Clinical and Site leads, IT, Security to create this Mass Vaccination event which led to vaccinating 16,000 individuals.- Liaising and supporting the Managed Issolation and quarantine, community testing centre with PPE and PCR Swab deliveries, orders and redistribution of goods from multiple sites during Level 4.- Implementing multiple "going live" Primary Care and Pharmacy sites with a short deadline. Creating "starter packs" for these sites, reaching up to 20 a week.- Outreach, liaising with the implementation team, outreach teams and setting up temporary VAC sites all over Auckland.
