- Manage key senior client relationships across APAC, covering tier-one banks, regional banks, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and corporates. I am the point person for both business and technology heads at a number of the largest financial institutions.- End-to-end management of complex global projects, from conception to training/BAU, onboarding and integrating clients with our low latency trading architecture, algo tools, FIX/API connectivity, execution software, market data and surveillance solutions. Active testing in UAT/QA environments and comprehensive use of Jira and Smartsheet to track progress and provide client-facing status reports.- Experience using SQL and JQL to analyse and organise large datasets and act as the SME for Business Intelligence in APAC, using DOMO and a range of other tools to create bespoke reports and build insightful dashboards.- Act as the key interface between clients and product/engineering to understand, document and triage client enhancement/change requests, and manage version control and deployment scheduling for clients that have dedicated infrastructure for specific components.- Develop a very comprehensive understanding of the Listed Derivatives space and market structure in order to be able to talk authoritatively and insightfully to existing clients and new prospects; working with them to design and implement bespoke solutions.- Work with customers to advise on and upsell our Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering and other premium services.- Build adoption of our execution platform through personalised training sessions, covering the full range of our tools including our automated and algorithmic solutions, across the full range of Listed Derivatives and Crypto exchanges that we connect to.- Use Salesforce and Gainsight to track opportunities and engagement.
