A continuation of Interactive Mortgage Advisors, LLC ("IMA") in which I sold the company to Blackstone affiliate, Incenter. Incenter Mortgage Advisors, LLC remains known to the industry as IMA specializing in the marketing/brokerage and sale of residential servicing assets. I am primarily responsible for the development and execution of servicing asset sales strategies. I have 30 years of experience which has enabled me to develop a diverse network of relationships in the mortgage servicing and whole loan trading sectors of the mortgage industry. Over the past thirty years, I have participated in the marketing/brokerage and sale of over $2.4 Trillion in outstanding principal balances of residential mortgage loan servicing portfolios.

The platform allowed clients to choose in real time the most aggressive co-issue execution on a loan level basis at the time of loan sale to the agencies. The company was eventually sold to Optimal Blue and then to Compass Analytics.
