Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in Utilities unit of Ras Laffan Olefins Company. Troubleshooting, repair and calibration of instrumentation systems, temperature, pressure, flow control loops and vibration monitoring systems (Bentley). Coriolis meter proving and maintenance. Overhauling of control valves and familiar in Analyzer instruments CEMS, PH and conductivity analyzers. Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of Combustible Gas, Oxygen, Hydrogen detectors and Periodic Inspection of Smoke and Heat Detectors. Knowledge in using SAP for closing notifications, work orders and checking materials. Knowledge in process operations (start-up & shutdown of process unit, identifying and understanding of process lines and equipment’s through process datasheets, P&ID’s, equipment data sheets and over speed tests of turbines through Peak-150 controller. Works directly with production personnel to isolate and repair problem. Assists maintenance personnel with other repairs when needed. Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.

Overhauling and servicing and stroke check of control valves, calibration of transmitters, level switches, pressure switches,relief valves. Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments. Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair problem. Assist maintenance personnel with other repairs when needed. Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.

Calibration of transmitters, pressure switches, level switches, control valves, relief valves and different types of gauges such as temperature gauges and pressure gauges.• Termination of cables from console side, Marshalling Panel, Field Junction Boxes to the instruments.• Wire checking, validation and documentation.• Performed loop checks on instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, and level transmitter) and ensures the correct set points and do calibration on some deficiency.• Participated in trouble shooting and rectification works on instrument problem encountered.
