I have over 10 years total experience as a forklift operator and dock worker. I also have 2 years experience as a spotter/hostler for a trucking company. I also have about 6 years experience as a delivery driver in multiple companies. I am looking to expand my experience more or even try a new career path. Within the last 3 years I started losing some of my hearing in both ears and it has made things a bit difficult. Employers don't give me the chance like they would a person without a slight disability. I am much more capable then they'd ever expect so it's a loss on them. As i will find employment with someone who appreciates and values me.
