Current-Provide meaningful immediate attention to resident concerns.-Lead subordinate roads coordinator, parks coordinator and shop mechanic.-Coordinate engineering contractors and village staff on the implementation of new village utility district.-Maintain village lift station and 8 miles of sewer line.-Maintain accurate detailed financial records, control revenues and expenditures, make recommendations for future budget appropriations.-Manage combined Parks and Recreation annual budget of $127K.-Manage combined roads/highway budget of $280K.-Devise master multi-year plan for facilities, parks, and land use.-Increased overall rental facility revenue while decreasing facility maintenance costs since 2013.-Direct event coordinating, ranging from baseball tournaments to large festivals.-Managed the construction of a $200 thousand municipal garage addition.-Supplement budgets through the use of fees, contributions, sponsorships, in-kind services and other fundraising alternatives, as approved by Village Board-Organizing, motivating and inspiring staff members-Skilled maintenance in facilities including athletic field set up -Develop and maintain everyday workflow.-Spearheaded initiative to achieve a shared vision between Village Board and Park Board personnel in developing multiyear plans.-Directed $40K six acre park renovation.-Implemented community playground build projects.-Coordinated community events, ranging from baseball tournaments to large festivals.CURRENT PROJECT: Development of a half-mile Fit’n Walk Trail in an existing three acre village Park.
