My name is Chris Johnson, and three things you should know about me is that I have a deep passion for learning, I enjoy training and developing others, and I am goal oriented.I absolutely love to discover new things to capture my attention. Learning new things allows an opportunity to incorporate those ideas or lessons into my daily life so I can improve upon myself. Having decided to return to college, I recently graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Business Administration, to couple with my degree in Supply Chain Management. While I take pride in developing myself, I also really enjoy training and teaching others. My military background started me on this path where I had multiple opportunities to lead in various activities, from physical training in the morning to warfighting exercises at night. I set goals for myself and endeavor to reach them with great success. I achieve my goals by planning ahead and maintaining my motivation through small rewards along the way. I have a passion to develop and enhance the lives of those around me. Encouraging others and helping them learn new skills makes them feel good, which in turn motivates me. Having a happy and productive team is critical to completing any mission, and I have a desire to encourage and lead that team.
