Spearheaded projects on transforming the Commercial's Bank infrastructure to enable a data and machine learning forward agenda; some examples include expanded data usage, rebuilding underlying core infrastructure, merging and empowering data teams and adopting best practices from FinTechs.

Developed a Small Business Data Product that expanded our potential market by 25%, enabled the use of real-time underwriting and provided additional tools for our fraud team to eliminate potential new sources of fraud. This simplified our operational systems for both a long term reduction in operational and data vendor costs (ex: One data vendor had 10 contracts for the same data), but also reduced our regulatory risk by providing a single stable source of truth. Led the project from initial inception to growing to lead a cross functional team of data scientists, business analysts, product managers and software engineers.

Owned the development, testing and implementation of the key behavioral and valuation models used in our Small Business Credit Card strategy along with the evaluation of third party data vendors. Enabled Capital One's transformation from a consumer based modeling strategy to one that progressively incorporated more business data to give out the high lines, leading to a year-over-year growth rates of 25%.

Led analytics, testing and implementation on several projects designed to go beyond the low credit scores of the subprime population and identify those were had strong upward trajectory. Selected project work included running valuations for our early (first year) credit line management program, testing of various incentive based rewards cards and evaluation of 3rd party data to enhance our credit bureau models.
