Having a specialist interest within Children's Intensive Care has led me to complete the critical care course which has enhanced my practice and furthered my development greatly. At the heart of the decision making process i promote patient and family centred care, acting as an advocate when necessary. Within my practice i promote safety at all times, encourage others and recognise risk. I work well autonomously and as part of the team. I thoroughly enjoy my role as a children's nurse within Intensive care and look forward to seeing what adventures are ahead.

As a retail assistant, I am responsible for providing a quality customer experience; involving sales, taking payments and ensuring products are displayed attractively.My main area of focus is to ensure that customers find what they are looking for.
