Reletively ripe to the Recruitment Industry I have developed my skills from working in a range of industries along the progression of my career. Working closely with people whilst on this path and being out of work for some time myself at one stage I felt that there was something missing in the way people - emploees, jobseekers and employers connect, communicate and interact with each other hence I perused my aspirations and jumped on board the Recruitment/HR train to make a difference to people's lives.
