I was the first face guests would see when they came into the restaurant. I was to set the tone for their evening, so it was imperative that I set a welcoming, familial feel. I also had to organize each party correctly amongst the servers, take reservations, and clean parts of the restaurants when necessary.

It was also my job to keep vehicle registrations up to date, as well as maintain a clean building during the week.
