Operations Director for CFE Company, a joint venture between Honeywell and General Electric. The JV successfully produced the CFE738 turbofan engine for the Business Aviation market segment. Was responsible for all in-service functions for the JV, including P&L, forecasting, event planning, supplier performance, and aftermarket service contract execution and profitability. Other tasks included quarterly performance reporting and biannual reporting to the JV Board of Directors on all aspects of the JV performance.

Global Aftermarket Contract Sales for Honeywell Aerospace, Business & General Aviation Division. Direct/Technical/Consultative sales for Honeywell's Aftermarket engine maintenance programs. Generating ~$85M in contract sales/yr. Responsibilities include strategic and product line management functions, development and execution of new service programs, cross-functional cross-product line sales, and training of new staff.

Primary focal point for Honeywell Aerospace product content and service programs for Tier I Aftermarket Business Aviation & Fractional Ownership operators. Ongoing liason activity between Honeywell Business, Engineering, Customer & Product Support functions with a specific focus on end-customer up-time and satisfaction with Honeywell products and services. Development and implementation of numerous product and service improvements for Honeywell mechanical and electrical content on large customer fleets. High service levels drive both customer satisfaction and future sales.

Developed and executed aftermarket business strategy for our Business & General Aviation Divison with a focus on Tier I customers. Responsible for development and fielding of fleet product improvements. Managed several large customer accounts with a specific emphasis on growth and customer satisfaction.
