After the harrowing experience of redundancy and finding myself out in the wilderness, I’m officially appointed my own Iceland store in Llangefni. I am accountable for the Dotcom Online home shopping business, which we grew from £40K weekly with 20 colleagues to at its height, £222K (During COVID) weekly; with 154 colleagues and drivers. Post Covid the business has settled to £120k weekly with 74 colleagues and an increase of over 200% L4L sales. This was a huge undertaking and All resourcing and capability training through "Covid" and on-going was accountable to myself and a management team of 3. Our achievement was highly recognized by the Operational Director and a great service accolade for our local community of loyal customers. I am responsible for the Service, Sales, Expenditure and analytical Performance of a £1.1million store, which has L4L sales 4.48% increase Vs LY. I am accountable for 4 Managers performance and 80 colleagues.In 2022 I was accountable for the store as lead manager taking responsibility for all replenishment, service & day based operations inc. home shopping.

Responsible for Non-Food as part of new store build project. Accountable for for installation, resource and budget planning. Full Merchandising and replenishment to standard and to a deadline for completion. Signed off by company executive to a high standard. Appointed Senior Non-food manager. Store took annually £1.2Million with steady increase in L4L sales. Accountable for the performance of 4 Team managers and over 30 colleagues. Campaigned for a Tesco mobile phone shop in-store. Was successfully given the opportunity to test customer base with a "pop-up" mobile phone outlet. Sales venture and demonstration of service value to customer shopping trip was successful and secured a purpose built Tesco Mobile phone shop built instore.
