Member of theTelecommunication / voice data netwroking industry since shortly after graduating college in 1996. Started the company with a good technical knowledge but with little to no knowledge of the buisness side of the the industry. The company turned into a viable entity with a customer base ranging from small doctors offices to fortune 100 companies. We developed a local, national and international footprint providing voice and data services.VOIP, WAN, Cabling,Fiber Optics, and Phone system sales bagan as the core of our company and continues to be to this day. Our customer base is consits of primarialy small to medium sized buisnesses ranging from 5 to 1000 users. We however do and have much larger customers that we support on a national basis.Managed many roll outs and installs. The largest of which was over 2400 installs with in a 4 month window. Responcibilities included 24 hour call center tech support, logitics, scheduling, procurement, invetory controll, billing, and overseeing a national labor force of approximatly 250 techs. Managed many cabling infrastructure installations. Typical projects incude anywhere from 25 to 3,000 locations of voice, data or fiber optic cabling. Our goals are to continue to provide existing and new customers with superrior technical services while helping them navigate through the ever changing voice and data world. We want to help our customers formulate a communication plan that is technologicaly sound for today and their future. Building long term relationships with our customers, not just getting a quick sale of a new system is esentually important to us and is our primary focus.Specialties: BICSI Memeber and trained.
