I am currently engaged in a multi facet role, managing the operations of Be Cool couriers Melbourne. I am focused more to the HR side of operations communicating with drivers and warehouse staff whilst also managing accounts and providing customer service to our clients. With a strong emphasis on service and client satisfaction I pride myself on prompt communication.I also lend a hand in fleet management and routing of all deliveries through our systems and the use of carton cloud for stock control.

I took on a casual position as a check out attendant at Woolworths super market Canterbury Gardens.Before long I acquired the role of Duty Manager on a casual basis filling in where required and also front end supervisor. This role reported directly to the store Manager.

I was a member of the Australian Army Reserves for five years serving in the Infantry corps as a Rifleman. During my time with the Army I developed a strong team skill set which has helped me with my professional career. I Started my career in the oil and gas industry with MB Century as a Leashand. From here I quickly began surrounding myself with professional and talented people, building my skills and knowledge. Starting on a carrier based 750hp double with a Tesco 250 HMI 475 Top Drive with depth capabilities of 3000 to 3200 meter's I learnt the daily duties associated with rig work. From basic trench digging upto working the floor I strived to gain as much experience and knowledge as I could. I soon acquired the role of Floorman which saw me transferred to a 2000hp triple Derrick with a 1,000,000 pound hook load. Here I built on previous skills learnt and moved more into understanding the operational side of drilling.

I began my career at Crown Casino as a Croupier. For the first few years I developed my skills through learning new games and understanding the hospitality industry. I eventually was selected to move up to the prestigious Mahogany room to service the high rollers that visited the casino. From here I established myself firmly as a integral part of the Mahogany room team, also becoming a well regarded croupier to the visiting Junkets and special guests of crown dealing in the salons of crown towers. Customer service was the number one priority while working at crown ensuring the customers had a memorable experience. Soon I was selected to be a Games Supervisor which was a further extension of a Higher Duties roll. While in this role I had a more focused agenda to meet KPI's and develop the skills of gaming staff through continual coaching and development programs.
