As a Level 3 Program Manager I coordinated with executives to define overall goals and objectives for current and future projects. I closely monitored project budget and schedule to ensure EAF programs were being executed within budget and scope which included conducting site visits to contractor facilities to ensure contract requirements are being met. Developing short and long range program plans, objectives, and milestones within an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and future projects was an integral component to system overhauls, legacy and future programs. I also prepared and executed contract modification to resolve and address issues which directly affected program goals and objectives.

As the Runway Arrested Landing Site (RALS) Lead Aircraft Recovery Engineer I successfully conducted live aircraft testing for ship and land based arresting systems to include the F-35C Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), F/A-18 E/F/G, T-45 and the E-2 C/D/E. Using these aircraft I successfully performed certification of the Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) for use aboard CVN-78 Class Ships. All aspects of the AAG planning for site installation and test execution were performed under my supervision. I worked in collaboration with team leads to increase aircraft testing productivity and enhance team relationships. The F-35C was certified for use aboard the CVN-76 & CVN-77 with my updated site configuration for the MK7 MOD4 legacy aircraft arresting system along with certification of the land based E-28 Emergency Arresting System and for use aboard the CVN-68 Class Ships with the MK7 MOD3 for High Sink Rates. I worked with a joint test program consisting of cross competency and command members and foreign nationals to perform installation and testing of future land based arresting systems. I was the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for F-35C barricade preparations and for the AAG barricade test certification.
