In my position I was required to manage the office & daily operations of a medium sized property development company, which specializes in building and operating retirement villages. My duties included policy development, project management, research, account management, sales, marketing, budgeting, producing the office’s formal communications with other parties, and finding and providing solutions to our client`s concerns.I was also Operating Manager of the company`s three retirement villages, which involves resolution of problems associated with the village’s daily and ongoing operations; management of each village`s onsite staff; addressing residents at annual general and budget meetings; acting as the village ownership’s representative to the community and to the resident`s committees.I have worked for several years for Fraser Shores Properties, a medium sized property development company In Queensland, Australia.
