I provided level 1 and level 2 customer support for the Tigerpaw Business Suite which includes troubleshooting, installation services, crystal report writing, and SQL script development.In addition, I developed and supported desktop application extensions to the Tigerpaw Business Suite including:- Streamlining the data import process between Tigerpaw and accounting software such as XERO and MYOB via SQL and their API's, bypassing the need to manually generate and import text files while providing an easy to use interface.- A configurable Windows service which syncs Tasks and Contacts between Tigerpaw and Google using SQL and the Google API.- Expanding on base Tigerpaw functionality by providing technicians the ability to easily calculate how many time logs are needed for an entered start and end time, and enter these time logs into Tigerpaw via SQL, reducing the time required to manually enter multiple time logs.

I developed customer-focused WordPress websites, and as a sole trader, I was responsible for the entire process of designing, developing, testing and implementing the website. In addition, I taught customers how to use the WordPress interface to modify the content of their own website, and configured plugins to aid them further with this process and streamline the requirements of managing their own website.
