Provide leadership and direction to the Bancassurance teams in the branches.4. Aggressively drive insurance business growth and development5. Monitoring the monthly performance targets of DSRs and bancassurance officers in terms of overall sales targets to ensure achievement at 100% and above.6. Build and develop a high performance culture through continuous coaching and development of the branch bancassurance team.7. Liaison person with DRSs, Bancassurance officers, Personal Bankers, clients and underwriters on sales & marketing issues8. Ensure we have a balanced business portfolio mix of 50% motor and 50% non-motor.9. Ensure renewals for the branches and head office are done at a renewal rate of 90% in liaise with the bancassurance officers.10. Co-ordination of regional meetings, branch visits and presentations.11. Training of customers, bancassurance officers and bank staff on insurance products and selling skills12. Relationship management of departments across the bank to cross sell bancassurance & affinity partners.13. Market research and development of new insurance products and enhancement of existing ones to suite the various market segments.14. Liaison with development partners on the bottom of the pyramid insurance products15. Informing the Agency management of any problematic claim(s) that may require special attention or an ex-gratia payment negotiation16. Preparation of sale and marketing management reports for management review on a monthly basis as per stipulated timelines17. Responding to correspondence, quotations and/or queries relating to sales & marketing falling under area of responsibility 18.
