Developed many moderate to complex SQL queries using joins, correlation (sub-query,) unions, embedded and dynamic SQL, SProc, views, functions, pivot tables, data normalization, and SQL optimization. Developed many interactive forms or reports using .Net, Crystal, XML, SSRS, Excel and Access controls/tools. Queries, forms and reports for automation, retrieval of data for analysis, and manipulation of data for conversions and into SQL Server 2017. Developed Desktop apps with queries and AMS360 web service to automate several cumbersome or manually repetitive tasks. Created a variety of test queries to verify consultant and vendor data. Worked with users to ascertain desired form/report interaction and output which was satisfied through a graduated release of apps or reports. Developed C# custom apps using Shoretel features and telephony data to help improve employee efficiency. Developed many other queries and custom VB.Net ETL type apps primarily for 3 areas: 1) reduction of employee data reentry: transformation and transfer of data to insurance carrier websites or in-house vendor apps via programmatically mapping & formatting insurance data to XML or AL3 Acord formats or reading such formats to insert data into databases or output to file; 2) transfer of data from legacy software into SQL Server; 3)Various managerial ad-hoc query requests. To support end users, wrote extensive technical documentation for custom applications.

Developed Shoretel (telephony) applications to monitor calls and agent activity, utilizing the Shoretel MySQL database system. Provide many extensive SQL queries (embedded and ad hoc) for management and custom software applications, centered on either vehicle and property insurance data or Shoretel data.Supported vehicle insurance rating software (Silverplumen's PL Rater) for insurance agents, setting up end users and troubleshooting various errors with the rating software and insurance carriers websites.Support our in-house Windows Server, Shortel VOIP switches, copper data line (for VOIP), IP (POE) switches, copper and fiber optic lines for internet, and Trend-Micro Anti-Virus software: included maintenance and resolving mission critical crises with vendors. Build and re-build client computers with Windows operating systems: XP and Windows 7.
