Stakeholder Liaison establishes relationships with practitioner and industry organizations as well as other organizations that support the American taxpayer. We provide information about the policies, practices and procedures the IRS uses to ensure compliance with the tax laws. We also elevate issues that affect tax administration using the Issue Management Resolution System (IMRS) – an internal database that streamlines and facilitates issue identification, resolution or response and feedback. The IMRS is an internal database used by stakeholder liaisons to address issues identified by stakeholders concerning tax administration. IMRS provides a streamlined and structured process that facilitates issue identification, resolution or response and feedback.

- Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, capitalizing on resources and tools available- Evaluates needs of clients and offers appropriate financial products and services, through needs-based conversations, to build and deepen relationships.- Perform routine teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments and other transactions- Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center’s growth and profitability objectives.- Expected to achieve/ exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service and operations- Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. Meet/exceed branch audits and operations evaluation requirements.

Branch Manager/Small Business Developer:◾I help small businesses GROW! I am a business lender and resource in the Baltimore (And specifically Edmondson) community. I assist in cash flow needs, payment solutions, merchant accounts, business/personal insurance, and other necessary business needs.◾Responsible for instilling the BB&T Mission, Vision, and Values within the branch team. And coordinating efforts to ensure BB&T's client service expectations are delivered.◾Lead sales management and revenue generation within the branch.  Provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all branch personnel.◾Participate in civic, government, professional, business and community affairs, associations and groups to solicit and develop new consumers and small businesses; thereby promoting BB&T’s positive public image in the community.
