Group Future Operations Officer for a 2600-Soldier Special Forces Group organized and equipped to conduct full spectrum Special Operations in support of the Geographic Combatant Commanders and U.S. Ambassadors within the USCENTCOM and USAFRICOM Areas of Responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing the sourcing of 54 Special Forces Operational-Detachments-Alpha, nine Operational Detachments-Bravo, four Special Forces Battalions, and a Group Support Battalion toward SOCOM and TSOC combat and Theater Security Cooperation Program (TSCP) requirements. Provides technical and tactical guidance, assisting the Group Operations Officer on all matters related to sourcing requirements, major planning efforts, command training guidance, D2D management, Certification, Verification, Validation (CV2) Oversight, and enabler integration.

Ensures detachments perform deployments in accordance with Joint Chief of Staff (JCS), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Africa Command (AFRICOM), US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), and 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1st SFC (A)) directives, regulations, and SOPs in support of both the Group Commander's and SOCAFRICA Commander's objectives.
