Responsible for directing and coordinating all test activities at Crossroads. Reengineered test processes including the introduction of system level testing, industry standards for documentation, and restructuring functional testing of released products into streamlined test cells. This process allowed four times as many products in testing simultaneously or could reduce testing on any one release by up to 75%.
