The Rostering Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the provision of timely and consistent rostering services in a Day of Operations environment for our people and teams in Customer Service Directorate (CSD). This role works across a line of roster to ensure 7 days per week leadership to the rostering team delivering an effective and efficient delivery of a service that is fair to all, correct the first time and customer service centric.
