My responsibilities included answering calls coming in to the helpdesk.Assessing customer’s computer issues and assisting in fixing the issue. Performing monthly maintenance on “gold” level support client's machines. Helping to maintain updates to our client machine monitoring system(Zabbix). Addressing helpdesk tickets submitted to the helpdesk queue. Configuring new pcs, tablets, laptops, etc. to send out to clients. Performing basic troubleshooting for various issues ranging anywhere from installing print drivers to removing viruses. Installing new hardware on client machines/Replacing old hardware such as failing hard drives. Working as a team with three other helpdesk members to solve issues cohesively and efficiently.
